During the period in the run up to the election the Directors of Totnes Community Development Society (TCDS) and as Sole Trustee of the King Edward VI College Site Foundation (known as the Mansion), would like to make it clear that we work on behalf of the community of Totnes as a whole, across the political spectrum.
TCDS does not endorse and does not support any political party. TCDS does not have any allegiances with any political party. We invite everyone to get involved with the processes facilitated by TCDS, whatever their political position.
Registering to vote
In advance of the forthcoming election, we encourage all local people, whatever their background or circumstances to registered to vote.

Those who wish to vote in the 2019 general election must register before midnight on 26th November 2019.
Special notice for hirers and tenants
Organisations which meet the vision and objectives of the buildings run by Totnes Community Development Society (TCDS) can book and use building for events, training etc as normal. Hirers of space run by TCDS must not post political material anywhere inside or outside any building run by TCDS.
Representatives of political parties must not suggest or state direct or indirect support from TCDS, or the Mansion (the King Edward VI College Site Foundation) in anyway, or use the logos, website or any other information that could be construed as support, or position for or against, any one party by TCDS or the Mansion.
