As part of its work, as trustee of the Mansion in Totnes, Totnes Community Development Society (TCDS) are seeking to recruit a Centre Manager and Centre Receptionist to support a vibrant and well managed future for this important community building.
TCDS became sole trustee from the beginning of this year, following a period of due diligence working with Devon County Council, who have now retired as trustee.
The jobs currently being advertised are for a full-time Centre Manager and a part-time Centre Receptionist. These posts will be an essential part of the future of the Mansion, and key to ensuring that tenants and those hiring space can work together to make best use of the space and support the running of the building for the benefit of the community as a whole.

This is a part-time post, at £15,000 for 0.8 FTE
TCDS is looking for someone with excellent administration and communications skills, who is able to support in the running of facilities. They will an effective organiser, with some financial systems and record keeping experience.
This is a full-time post, at £25,000 for FTE
TCDS is looking for an individual with proven facilities management experience. They will need a wide range of skills that support financial management, effective communications and the safe and diligent running of public and office space.
